Audio Files Customization & Playback Order

The Medical Answering Service greeting is the first recording a caller hears; it contains the listing of prompts, and sub-menu prompts if required:

example: "If you are a physician, press 1; if you are a pharmacy, press 2; if you are a patient, press 3"

*** If you have recorded a custom pager greeting using your mobile, then this "Pager On"/"Pager Off" greeting will be played next. 

The subsequent audio prompt asks the caller to key in a 10 digit callback number, followed by the # sign. This triggers the last audio prompt that asks the caller to leave a voice message.

These audio files can be customized as per your request, or provided by you if you prefer, but the order of playback is a limited configuration.
