A user must be configured as a provider to be a member of a patients care team. A provider can have identifiers associated with them to enable messages from other services be associated to providers in TelmedIQ. These settings are found in the Account Settings in the Providers tab.
To add a provider:
1. Press +Add Provider
2. Choose Provider From User
3. In the drop down type the user's name to search, then select their name.
4. Press Save
To associate an identifier (sometimes called a remote ID) with a provider:
1. Search for the provider
2. Select the provider's last name
3. Press +Add Identifier
4. Fill in the identifier
5. Select which mapping this identifier is associated with from the drop down list.
6. Press Save
Note: If your organization utilizes an EMR integration you will also need to configure the user under the provider table as well.
