Installing the App on iPhone

This short video demonstrates how to install the app. Please scroll down for written instructions.

 Download app from the Apple App Store

  1.  Download the TelmedIQ app to your phone using the above button.
    • You can also open a web browser on your phone and enter, which will open the correct app store page for your mobile device.
    • You can also open the App Store and search for "Telmediq". If searching for "Telmediq" in the App Store:
      • Please note that you may see "SmartPager" by Telmediq listed. SmartPager is an older product by Telmediq that is being phased out. Your organization is not using the legacy SmartPager app, so please ensure that you select the newer app which is titled "Telmediq".
      • Please do not accidentally select another app named "Telemediq". That is a personal health/fitness tracking app by another vendor. It is not a secure communications product.
  2. A Telmediq icon will appear on your phone; tap the icon to start the app.
  3. When prompted, enter your work e-mail address.
    • If you do not have an e-mail address associated with your hospital or health care organization, please contact your administrator or helpdesk for assistance.
  4. Accept the terms of use.
  5. Enter your network password (the same password you use to login to other computer systems in your organization).
  6. When prompted, choose your own 4-digit PIN to use with Telmediq.
  7. Confirm your 4-digit PIN.
  8. If prompted, select "Allow" when Telmediq requests push notifications to be enabled.
