Can I make the alert tones different for normal and urgent pages? Follow

Yes, you can change the alert tones to differentiate an Urgent page from a Normal page. (By default, both are set to the SmartPager Alert Tone). 

Open the app Settings and use the drop downs beside the Urgent Alert / Normal Alert to preview the listed tones. Click on one to select it.
