Confirming Device Notification Volume
- Go to Settings.
- Click Sounds and vibration.
- Click Volume.
- Confirm that the notification volume is on. (Turn up if needed)
Battery Optimization – Power Saving Mode
Update Power Saving Mode in the Settings.
- Click on Settings.
- Select Battery.
- Review the Power Saving Mode.
- Recommended setting: Off
Battery Optimization – Turn off for PerfectServe Clinical Collaboration app
Turn off the battery optimization for the PerfectServe Clinical Collaboration App:
- Enter the Device Settings Menu
- Select Battery.
- Click on Background Usage Limits.
- Select Never Auto Sleeping Apps.
- Click the + icon to add an app to the list.
- Locate the PerfectServe Clinical Collaboration App and select it.
- Click Add.
Confirm PerfectServe Clinical Collaboration App Settings
- Click on Settings.
- Select Apps.
- Open PerfectServe Clinical Collaboration.
- Navigate to the Usage section and select Mobile data.
- Toggle on the Allow background data usage.
Confirm PerfectServe Clinical Collaboration App Notification Settings
Update Notifications in the App Settings section.
- Click on Settings.
- Select Notifications and then Do Not Disturb.
- Select App Notifications.
- Add the PerfectServe Clinical Collaboration App.
- Click Done.
Confirm App Permission Settings
Update Permissions in the App Settings section:
- Click on Settings.
- Select Apps.
- Open PerfectServe Clinical Collaboration.
- Navigate to the App Settings and select Permissions.
- Toggle on the following:
- Camera (to attach photos of face sheets, etc.
- Microphone (to take or place VoIP calls/callbacks from within the app)
- Phone (to trigger regular calls/callbacks from within the app, with or without Call ID
blocking) - Storage (to attach documents or Gallery images)
