Telmediq Inbound Email Integration Follow

SMTP Inbound Email

Telmediq supports inbound email to:

• A user's mobile number
• A user's username
• A user's pager number
• A paging group or user's unique id

Mobile Number

When sending an email to a Telmediq user via their mobile number, the format of the email address is: <11 digit mobile number>@<URL>.

For example: 15555550231@horizon.app.telmediq.com 

Username

When sending an email to a Telmediq user via username, the format <username>@<URL>.

For example: angela.gruber@horizon.app.telmediq.com 

Pager Number

When sending an email to a Telmediq user via a pager number the format is <11 digit pager number>@<URL>

For example: 15559994321@horizon.app.telmediq.com 

Pager Numbers may also be directly associated with broadcast groups and are contactable using the method above as well.

Unique Id

When sending an email to a Telmediq user or group via the Unique Id the format is <Contact id>@<URL>.

For example: CO686d41e8f3a74028908c3daae792d8ea@horizon.app.telmediq.com 

The Contact Id can be retrieved from the User or Group settings in the Contact ID field
