Can I turn my Telmediq off? Follow

Yes, you can turn the Telmediq app "Off" and the app itself will still run in the background. 

On an IOS or Android device, select the hamburger icon (three lines) in the top-left of the screen, to pull out the menu, then toggle the slider from Green (On) to Off (Red). 

**** If you turn the pager Off, you will appear offline (Red) to both Console Users and other Mobile Users -- however, any DND override pages to you will still poke through to alert you.
