If asked to Force Quit the Telmediq app, and then re-open it. Follow the below instructions:
(This is not the same as deleting the app from your phone).
IOS devices: Swipe from the bottom of your screen then all of your apps currently running will popup. You will want to locate Telmediq and then swipe up to the top of your screen so Telmediq will force.
Android devices: click and hold the Home Button; this lists all actively running apps. Locate the Telmediq app, and swipe your finger to either side of your screen.
Now relaunch the Telmediq app and continue the registration by following the instructions on your screen.
