How to Set Up a Custom Voice Greeting Follow
1.) First, open the Telmediq mobile app, expand the navigation menu, and then scroll down to 'Settings'.
2.) Select 'Call Settings'.
3.) Select 'Voice Greeting'.
4.) Toggle the slider next to 'Enable [Online/Offline] Greeting' to activate the voice greeting option.
Note: You can choose to record specific greeting messages based on your status (Online or Offline).
5.) Select 'Record New Message' to record your custom voice greeting message.
6.) Tap and hold the microphone to start recording your custom message. The microphone will turn from blue to red when recording.
7.) Click the 'play' button to listen to your recording. Tap and hold the microphone to re-record your customer message if necessary.
8.) When you are satisfied with your recording, press the 'Save' button in the top right corner to save your Custom Greeting.
9.) Toggle the slider next to 'Enable [Online/Offline] Greeting' to disable your new message when it is not needed.
