- Send yourself a test page and let the alerting policy reach the Call-to-mobile step. What is the phone number that the call is from?
---> That's the number to save as the "Telmediq contact"
- Open the Phone app.
- Tap Contacts.
- Tap the Plus icon to add a new contact and call this contact Telmediq
- Assign the number from Step 1 to be number for this new contact. If you are an Enterprise user please contact your administrators for this number.
- Click the 3 dots in the top right corner and tap set ringtone and select a ringtone you wish to hear when the Dispatch number calls your phone
- Tap the back button.
You will now hear a different ringtone for this contact than all of your other contacts
