Forwarding a thread enables two workflows in Telmediq:
When receiving a telephone page, where the transcription arrives after the phone number and voicemail are sent, you are able to forward all of the page to another provider.
When having a chat conversation with multiple providers, if you wish to continue the chat with the previous context, but some providers would like to no longer be in the conversation, you can forward the thread and continue the conversation.
You can forward a thread from the iPhone app's chat view:
1. Press the three dots in the top right hand corner.
2. Choose Forward Thread.
3. Choose a recipient to forward the thread.
