For normal priority pages, we recommend the following alerting policy:
- Push notification, wait 300 seconds (5 minutes)
- SMS notification, wait 300 seconds (5 minutes)
- Call to mobile phone
For urgent or high priority pages we recommend reducing the wait times between each notification.
If your providers are required to call a page back inside an SLA, please contact support to assist you setting this up.
If your users experience intermittent wifi or cellular data connections we recommend reducing the time between the push notification and SMS text notification.
If an alerting policy is configured to be used for voice transcriptions, there should be no alerting steps configured for it.
