I keep getting alerts that I have a message. My phone keep buzzing over and over and I’m going crazy.

  1. Log into the console and read the message there. If you are not a console user, contact support; you will need to reinstall the app. To contact support press the info button in the top left of the app and then press request callback.
  2. Reinstall the app:
  • On an iPhone touch and hold the app icon until they all start to wiggle; you will see a little red x in the top left corner, click the x.
  • On an android go to settings, applications, click on Smartpager, then click uninstall.
