Error when I turn on Caller ID Blocking

***Ensure the Block Caller ID feature is turned off in your mobile's settings  but turned on in the SP app settings. (They conflict if they are both set to On.) 

Ensure you have downloaded the newest release of the SP app in order to use the Block My Caller ID feature, which hides your cell phone number when returning calls from the SP app. 

  1. Ask your account admin to clear your device. 
  2. Delete the app from your phone. 
  3. Download and install the newest SP release.
